Inaccessible and non-inclusive spaces are harmful.

Together we can change that.

My name is Kristie Cabrera (they/them) and I am a queer, non-binary, Latine, disabled and neurodivergent accessibility and inclusion consultant.

I inspire organizations to dream about accessibility, disability justice and radical inclusion. With tailored tools and sustainable strategies, I guide organizations on how to weave these dreams into reality.

I specialize in working with organizations and entrepreneurs that focus on nature connection, food justice, healing, education, and art. This includes farms, gardens, parks, museums, culinary institutions and more.

My work is influenced by my 7 years of experience as an occupational therapist and 5 years of experience as a program manager for Culikid. At Culikid, I created and supervised inclusive culinary programs for neurodivergent individuals. I was also a mental health cohort member for the National Young Farmer’s Coalition for over 3 years.
